Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the sale of goods through crimsonatelier.store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email after payment has succeeded. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full.

All prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include all applicable taxes. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment is made online by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Privat24 through WayForPay, a licensed Ukrainian payment provider. Card details are entered on WayForPay’s secure page — we never receive or store your card number. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, you can retry it from your order page or from the email we send you.

We deliver across Ukraine with Nova Poshta, to the branch or parcel locker you choose at checkout. The order total shown at checkout does not include delivery. Delivery is paid by the customer directly to Nova Poshta according to their tariffs. Orders for items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order, or is made to order, dispatch may take up to 10 business days. We will tell you if there is a delay.

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” you may return an item of proper quality within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and retains its presentation, consumer properties, labels and packaging. Return postage for an item of proper quality is paid by the customer. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, we cover the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order. To start a return, write to support@crimsonatelier.store. See also our Shipping & Returns page.

We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between individual items, because our pieces are produced in small batches. Slight variation in natural fabrics is a property of the material rather than a defect.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please provide accurate details — particularly your phone number and delivery branch, as we cannot deliver without them. We may suspend an account that is used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

All content on this site — photographs, texts, designs, logos and the Crimson Atelier name — belongs to us and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

We are responsible for the quality of the goods we sell, in accordance with Ukrainian law. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, for incorrect delivery details supplied by you, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We would much rather resolve any issue directly — please write to support@crimsonatelier.store first. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, it is resolved by the courts of Ukraine.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order. Changes are not applied retroactively to orders already confirmed.
